EMERGENT-C!
  The Emergent Cinema Project

You arrive on location as a crewmember for a short film, only to find the director has been killed and the script lost.

The film must be delivered by the end of the day. Your only guide is the shot-list and schedule.

Emergent-C!

The goal of Emergent Cinema is to make a film without adhering to a singular agenda, i.e. the vision of a Director. Instead, the film is assembled through a process of combinatory creativity. We aren't asking anyone to subvert their will to a director's vision, but to simply show up and play.

This is an exercise in filmmaking without directorial vision. The quality in a film that we associate with directorial decisions instead emerges from the process of each cellular part providing a link in a chain.
